LADIES FUNRAISING DAY

Huge thank you to all who pitched up yesterday for our Ladies Fundraising day at Old Boys!

It was a day of true fun, laughter and joy (winning a frame, managed to get a ball in the hole, even if it was the white or black ball dropping, per ongeluk?)

The most fun was finding out who your partner for the day will be🤣 People got to know and respect each other. Different club players and sommer local guys who wanted to be part of the fun

Thanks to you all we have raised an amount of R3570 towards our ladies representing Gauteng North at the SA Championship in Potchefstroom in June

Thanks Franci for pestering all the people to buy a raffle ticket! Sy het sommer saam die ou bar toe gegaan om sy kaart te swipe🤣🤣🤣

OLD BOYS 15 YEARS CELEBRATION

Kobus and I would like to thank each and everyone of you for celebrating Old Boys’ 15 years party with us on Saturday.

Words can not describe the joy and happiness that we felt during the day with our friends and pool family!

This is a special day that we will always cherish and remember for all of our days

Thank you for all your love, loyalty and support throughout the past 15 years

Our singles competition was a huge success thanks to John Ellis and Lucan Pillay! You guys handled it so well together and we can’t thank you enough!

You guys were so keen to play our favourite 8-ball game that Kobus decided that there must be a plate as well

Also a huge thank you to Brannas and Anto for slideshow. Tanya and Wynand for speeches. Deiniol who handled the braai. Nica for decorations and in few minutes we had an awesome banner. All our staff, Nica, Deiniol, Jean, Christo, Dyllan, Christina and Joe who worked so hard without complaining. Christo and Dyllan, I will thank your mom personally for the delicious coffee cake and for giving you the blessing to work on her birthday.

And lastly thank you to my hubby for the beautiful flowers and for keeping everyone happy throughout the day, as well as the past 15 years

We love and appreciate you all and we feel honoured that you are a part of our lives
