Today was such a challenge:
Every second and around every turn, I had to fight. People are so aggressive, and clients are so WHAT!!
I will post about today's experience on my blog VERY soon. Realy unbelievable.

I sent a client her order on 23 Jan 2015. The Post Office has just phoned me to say that the order was returned as the client never collected it - 3 MONTHS LATER. The Post Office did not even send me a notice, they are about to send it to recovery department because I never collected in when it was returned? What's so confusing is that the client has not complained to say that she did not get her order? Now who's fault is this?
