We were "kaput" afterwards, but it was worth it.

Small ball class today 4-5pm, and adductor, abductor, glute and quad work at the barre and just about everything else.

Ending off with the ball under our head to end off all that exertion with a nice release in our necks and some slow breathing.

We have 2 brand new Evening Pilates classes opening up in July from 6-7pm.
These are beginner Pilates classes so you dont need to feel intimidated!

There are still 2 spots open in each of these classes ( I only have 4 ( sometimes 5) in a class).

Classes are based in Monte Vista, Cape Town.

😟If you've been anxious about starting off as a complete beginner in either a Pilates or Adult Ballet class, then this class is for you!

Space is limited, classes are small, generally 4 to 5 spots max, so please act soon to book a spot.

Ended up being a private class so she had to endure all the Teacher's scrutiny!

Seeing the progress Lindiwe has made in the last year and half is so rewarding.
Its amazing what showing up to one class a week as an adult can accomplish.
