DanceFit Squad Welcome to a dance-based fitness environment with a close-knit community of empowered women.We are based in the Northern Suburbs, Cape Town.

I'm Chantelle Daras, 42 years old, and I've struggled with weight issues and body dysmorphia for most of my life. But Zumba changed everything. It made exercise fun, and for the first time, I actually enjoyed moving my body. I've been teaching since May 2016, with experience at Virgin Active, Viva Gym, and with Taryn Taylor at Taylor Made Fitness. For me, Zumba is exercise in disguise.It’s not jus

t a workout, it’s your happy hour! In 2021, I took a break when I had my daughter, but I was able to keep teaching until I was almost 8 months pregnant because that’s how much I love what I do! Now, I run my own Dance Fit Squad !A no-judgment zone where we show up, dance our hearts out, and enjoy an hour of freedom. Consistency is key, and I encourage everyone to give maximum effort in every class. When you bring the energy, the results follow.....physically, mentally, and emotionally. Keep Dancing

Join us for a fun and uplifting Flower Power Zumba Class, where fitness, friendship and feel-good vibes come together. Inspired by the beauty, colour and renewal of the season, this special Spring-themed session is all about embracing positivity, wellness and the joy of movement.
