Every time Pieter-Steph visits us at the farm, this young man runs off to fetch his Springbok jersey and scrum cap. So the last time we saw him, Pieter-Steph handed over a rugby ball for him to keep for himself and keep practising.

It’s such a special moment and it's one that means a lot - to him, and to all of us watching it happen. This is what sport is all about.

There is a meme that many South Africans will recognise immediately. A young Cape Flats woman caught mid-smile, her front teeth missing. It sometimes has a caption that reads "vat 'n thelfie," a phonetic joke about how the word "selfie" might sound coming from someone without their front teeth.
The woman in that photograph is Geraldine Stock, and for a long time, the world knew her face but not her name and certainly not her ambitions.
Today, as the co-owner of Stocklog CC and the founder of Haus of Chappie, a luxury self-catering guest house in Noordhoek, she has traded viral ridicule for professional respect. 👏🏆
