An established and highly respected company within the storage and materials handling industry is looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join their growing team.
With more than 50 years of industry experience, the company is recognised as a leader in the design, manufacture, and installation of storage handling systems across Southern Africa. They are also behind one of the region’s largest storage and materials handling catalogues, supplying businesses with high-quality workplace solutions ranging from lifting equipment and warehouse storage systems to office and retail supplies.

Position: Sales Representative
Location: Airport Industria
Employment Type: Full-Time
Package Structure:
• Basic Salary: R15 000
• Travel Allowance: R2 500
• UIF: R177.12
• Petrol Allowance: R2 500
• Cell Phone Allowance: R2 000
• Commission: Based on targets achieved
Total Guaranteed CTC: R17 677.12
Potential Total Package: R22 177.12 + Commission
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent, promote, and sell storage solutions to existing and prospective customers
• Conduct customer needs analysis and provide suitable solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Generate leads through cold calling and networking
• Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Coordinate sales efforts with internal departments
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
• Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing and credit terms
• Demonstrate products and explain technical specifications
• Arrange and attend client meetings and appointments
• Oversee projects through to completion
• Perform additional duties as required by management
Requirements:
• Previous sales experience essential
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport advantageous
• Experience within storage solutions, logistics, or materials handling advantageous
