Who are these sessions for:
If you are trying to get pregnant
Antenatal if you are pregnant
Prenatal before you give birth prep
Postnatal up to two years post partum

What we focus on:
Building core strength and stamina
Strengening our whole body for easier pregnancy, delivery and recovery
Decreasing possibilities of having gestational diabetes, gestational hypertension etc
Pelvic floor rehabilitation

Suitable for: new timers, never excersized before, already in your pregnancy, post partum, nursing or lactating
