Cape Town’s history of Jungle Drum and Bass runs deep, tracing back to the earliest of the 90s. UK bass culture birthed a global phenomenon made of multi layered influences that spread and shaped music worldwide.

This event is a tribute to the Foundation Sound.

DJ A33 (VINYL SET) A true pioneer of the Cape Town scene with roots from the Sublime Crew era in the 90s, to the legendary Homegrown era. Delivering Jungle Drum and Bass the original way, on wax.

B-Wise:

Immersing himself in all things Jungle Drum 'n Bass from 2003 - 2007, he moved from dance floor to decks, bringing his versatile selections to Homegrown, Pressure, ICFTJ, Ramfest, and many more across the country, alongside local and international greats.

Deep/Soulful, to Dancefloor, to heavy-hitters, he loves to represent the full-spectrum.

Comit representing deep rolling bass and her classic influences , a veteran in the scene from the 90s ready to take you on a time trip through Oldskool UK bass CLASSICS.

TehSynes co-founder of Tempo, dropping custom made Liquid and Jungle Drum and Bass productions alongside forgotten classics. Grew up eating Amen breaks for breakfast since 2000.
