Hair treatments are available in abundance but how to choose the right one?🤔
💝I will be sharing tips in my upcoming posts so keep an eye 👁️
💇‍♀️ The first one is the Cholesterol/ protein treatment. The treatment is good to put on for 30 minutes before wash but keeping it for longer is okay ✅
Treatments are more effective when extra heat is added 🎉 you could use a dryer or heated shower cap. No need for shampooing after this. Just rinse off with tepid water and then put leave in conditioner before styling as usual 😍

Detangling hair is one of the most crucial factors to reducing breakage.

𝙀𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙩 𝙩𝙞𝙥 💡

➡️Using fingers is most advised. Starting from the tips, use fingers to detangle as you go all the way to the roots.
Then combing with a wide tooth comb afterwards is good.

🔴Important🔴

Detangle before washing or doing any style for the obvious reasons of making the style neater as well as having to reduce the amount of breakage on the next hairstyle. This is really beneficial for curly, wavy and Afro hair.

Let’s talk conditioners

𝓓𝓲𝓭 𝔂𝓸𝓾 𝓴𝓷𝓸𝔀?

A good conditioner is ideally thick in consistency, Ph balanced, and is perfect to be used in conjunction with a leave in conditioner. It should be of white or cream in color. As bright colors may indicate use of stronger chemicals ( I avoid them like as I don’t want to expose myself or my clients to such harshness)
I make my own range of conditioners that replenish the lost moisture, making your hair look and feel healthy and super shiny.

Meet Michael, a construction worker from Belgium who started his own construction business.
Due to the nature of his work, he traveled a lot.
Now stress, sleepless nights and endless working hours are part of being a boss. As a result, he lost a lot of hair.
✅ I started by cutting and styling his hair.

✅A color that complimented salt and pepper look was chosen.

✅I created his custom made toupee (which takes a good few weeks by the way). The application however takes a few hours.

🛑That’s not all🛑
We worked on the root level as well by working out ways to manage and minimize stress as much as possible
We worked on improving his diet which ofcourse has a great impact.
We also worked on improving his sleep pattern and workout routine.

Gotta love what I do ♥️
I made customized shampoo and hair treatment in order to boost hair and scalp health for this beauty.
