No flea markets No festivals = no income for many informal traders

The inability to trade means enormous strain and hardship, especially for informal traders who source their income mainly from flea markets and festivals.

FREE BUSINESS COURSE - INFORMAL TRADERS

Good day All

I have been liaising with False Bay Campus with regards to business workshops for our informal traders.

Please read the information carefully and apply only if you meet the requirements.

*Important to note that there is NO cost attached to this opportunity-it is absolutely FREE

Our programme is geared towards informal traders who are:

- Operational for 12 - 18 months

- A South African Citizen

- Operational in Mitchells Plain or Strandfontein

We only require you to attend once a week from 9h00-12h00. It will either be on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
In August we will host an Exhibition Expo to showcase your product offering to external stakeholders.

This networking opportunity will lead to higher visibility, credibility and profitability for your business. We also committed to provide a mentor to you after the expo to guide and advise you to reach your desired future state of a resilient and profitable business.

Interviews will start from 09h30 until 11h30

Remedial work is currently underway to repair the water and sewage facilities.

As soon as I am given the clearance, I will relay the message

The market will remain closed until the venue is declared safe to use
