We are living in a society where material gains are the answer to subsequent behavioral issues....

No matter what the consequences of a child's behavior these days - it's seems the remedy is a material reward to self medicate what we call instant gratification or relief.

These unfortunately is not training the behavior or the mind that for every action there is consequences and those consequences will either lead you in a certain direction. However the latter doesn't even give the child a choice... And in reality - it is only by our choices that we grow. Yes Yes Yes... Knowledge is Power and instilling it from a young age - its proven that we will develop a better society of youth with UNDERSTANDING / COMPASSION /TOLERANCE /ACCEPTANCE AND EVEN PROBLEM SOLVING...

So make the choice Guardians - as we already fighting a huge ill driven youth community 💯

Hellowa to all our Minions and Guardians 👋... It's been a long while but we still around molding our youth in various SCENARIOS.. YES‼️

This is just an alert 🔊 or reminder - that we shouldn't forget about the social ills out their even though we've been distracted by so many unforseen circumstances currently...

Parents... We - including myself are proud of our Minions and how far they have come especially in this unprecedented time. Due to these achievements - like many others - We wish to show the world so that they can celebrate these moments with us 😁...

HOWEVER... in my tender - I have worked along side many ECDs - and in saying that - the biggest and most worrying issues that is dealt with is the protection of our youth even under the banner of the Educational System. I am alluding to this because of the current trend that's happening - where parents - out of no fault of their own - are posting pics of your kids going back to school. There is definitely no harm in that BUT - When you start visably showing the emblem or naming the School then there is a potential problem. When you directly name your child /he or her grade / teachers name etc. Then there is a potential problem. When you mention the transport company your child is using and the location then it becomes a potential problem. We all want the best for our kids - so before we act let's think - cause the society we unfortunately live in today is not what it use to be. 🤷‍♂️

A survey we did in 2019 - suggested that the below were the most frequent problems pertaining to the information of adding your Minion to your page:

*Sharing Puts Your Child at Risk for Digital Kidnapping
*Your Social Media Posts Might Be Used for Bullying
*Social Media Messaging Could Impact Your Child's Future
*Your Social Media Posts Might Attract Dangerous People

These are just a few complications we sit with when we do not sensor certain aliminents to the post. Minions and Guardians you have the freedom of putting out what ever you feel like - this post is just for awareness and highlighting scenarios that we have dealt with in the pass.

We hope the understanding behind all this is relivant and that we all practice better caution.

Otherwise be part of their success and help us make the next Generation the Best Generation... Whoop Whoop 🥳🥳🥳

Guardians - there is so much information out there it can confuse the most knowledgeable of individuals and that's because we have never been in this situation ever. So if you feeling anxious believe you me - Your Minion is feeling it too. Please practice patience with them and advise them of the below...

We hope to see 👀 you soon but until then please keep Safe 😷- Stay Creative 🎨- and Stay Home 🏡

However - it's not easy and it's been proven that the difference between a Successful Entrepreneur and a Non-Successful one is Perseverance. I would LIKE to encourage all Locals to support Local. In these times - we can only get out of This Standing Together. So please Follow and SHARE the above Small Businesses and if I have missed out any other Folks - Drop it in the Comments 🙌💯.

Hellowa - Namaster - Salaam👋... It's been awhile but we are still around creating ideas and researching ways to help and instill a positive environment for YOU and your MINIONS 🙌💯

These are to all the Guardian's of our Minions😁. We all sometimes assume we doing the right thing in implementing a certain style of morel behavior to our Minions - but if you not carefully - we could be doing more harm than good... I will be the first to admit that at times I have a certain style in associating a certain kind of tact with the behavior of a Minion I may be dealing with. However as we well know that not all Minions should be classed in one box not even if they siblings.

Below is just a quick reminder and to create awareness of what to look for and as Adults - Parents and Teachers - to implement our approach differently if we perhaps have fallen into any of these habits... There are no mistakes just reliesing that it doesn't work and to be flexible enough to create change.

You got this ✊... "making the Next Generation the best Generation"

To all our Minions and there families - keep safe 😷and warm 🔥 and we will be seeing you soon 🤗.
