We are seeking exceptional, driven experienced Learning Technologists (LT) to help us deliver world-class service and sector-leading digital products for one of our top tier clients.
We are a rapidly growing, international (Cape Town, London, Salt Lake City) digital education organization passionate about delivering the highest quality solutions to government, corporate, higher education and consumer markets.
As a LT you will play a critical role in managing the delivery of services, developing courses and maintaining & growing client relationships. You should have a passion for great learning!

Project delivery:
Continuously Improve on your deliverables
Present weekly updates and monthly reports on client accounts to Client Success Managers & Account Directors
Drive improvement in delivery effectiveness and efficiency
Course Design & Development:
Design and develop courses using HTML and CSS styling
Additional skills such as Javascript, XML and or any other coding language would be beneficial
Photoshop, Illustrator, G.I.M.P. would also be beneficial
The bigger picture: understanding the power of platforms and tools to deliver powerful, cutting-edge digital learning experiences
The detail: working with a sharp eye for detail to drive exceptional quality levels.
Support Business Development:
Work with the Project Manager to identify and drive opportunities
Work with the Project Manager on strategic projects and improvement initiatives
The key skills required for this role are:
Understanding of Learning Management Systems such as Moodle, edX, and Canvas
Maintaining a sharp attention to detail
Ability to build and maintain good relationships including developing trusted advisor relationships
Juggling multiple projects / clients / stakeholders at a time
Driving continuous improvement in the quality of products and services
A keen interest in the EdTech industry will be advantageous
Adapts to situations and understands new concepts quickly
Proven ability to self-motivate and work independently as well as part of a
multi-disciplinary squad
Excellent organizational and time management skills & ability to work to deadlines
Communicate confidently, clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal form
Effectively use online collaboration tools e.g. Slack, Zoom, Google Docs
