GIRL! INSPIRATION LIVES AROUND US!

Got such a beautiful shot of this piece I’ve started on Vanessa!

It’s not quite finished yet, but I couldn’t resist sharing the progress!

One final session to go for the gold trimming and finishing touches.

What an absolutely stunning request! I’m obsessed with how the watercolor flows and bleeds beautifully throughout the entire floral piece, creating such a soft, dreamy feel.

And the best part? 😂 The original inspiration came from… A MOUSE PAD! Ahahah!

You really never know where inspiration is going to find you.

Was so lucky to create this very special kingfisher for a new and dear client all the way from Simon’s Town.

This little kingfisher was originally painted by her Grams, and seeing the painting in real life was honestly incredible.

The size of it was absolutely tiny, yet somehow it held the most beautiful watercolor detail. Trying to capture all of that detail in a tattoo was definitely a challenge, but such a special one.

It was an absolute privilege to recreate this little painting as a tattoo for you, G! 🥹🩵

And even more special that the kingfisher is your birth month bird, adding such a beautiful spiritual connection and meaning to the piece.
