Well, anything you want really. Bad moods, stress, excessive thinking, a bad day in the office, worries and some extra kilos too! Now I know that some people have the idea that dance fitness is for energiser bunny fitness fanatics dressed in crazy neon clothing. Not so! These classes are really for anyone and everyone. Any age and any fitness level. Any mood and any personality (ok....this may not

be true. I have a friend who would rather eat nothing but steamed bringals for a year! :-)) The beauty of dancing together is that we can create great group energy yet we all do it in our own way. Some people just come for the music and to sway. Some come for a high intensity aerobic workout and jump around. Some people have dance backgrounds and work at getting the choreography perfect. Others treat it as interpretive dance and use my steps as inspiration but don't follow them. Some people have great co-ordination. Others don't. Ultimately we are all on the dance floor to have a good time and the destination is the same for everyone. We want to step-jump-shake-sweat our way to happiness! This class really welcomes anyone. You're never too old or too unfit or too uncoordinated. Join us and you'll see that it's about movement and fun and not about perfection. Let's dance!
