Thank YOU to our special teachers who have each, in their own way, created truly memorable and magical experiences, and spread so much love within our space over the years. 💚🙏🏻🤗

We will be closing our doors on 28 July, and moving out of Loop Street, as our owner and founder, Hedwig, prepares to spread her wings for a new chapter in Germany. 🇩🇪✈️🧳

Hedwig will still be hosting some of her signature private and group classes during the month of August - so feel free to follow her on to see what’s happening ✨💃🏼👍🏻

It’s almost launch time ✨

This First Thursday, 1 September, and will be hosting our studio-warming and launch party 🥳

There will be welcome drinks🥂, snacks🍿, music🎵 and some stunning presentations and performances by some of the facilitators who will be hosting their offerings in the Flow Lab space next month.

Special guests that you may already know 😉 include the sensuality goddess Robynn Deedat ( ), as well as the amazing Travis Hornsby (.hornsby ).

Our very own and will also be performing something special, as well as a new addition to the team, who will be revealed this week 😉

, our octi queen, national champ and studio owner’s dream of competing on a WORLD STAGE has come to life… and she’d so love and appreciate your support in assisting her and her coach, get all the way to Switzerland this October to represent our studio ❤️ and our country 🇿🇦

Unfortunately, pole sport is still very young and currently has no official funding for South African pole athletes. She’s aiming to raise enough money to fund this exciting journey, but with such a big goal, she’s turning to us to help her raise enough to go 🤩✨🤗

Not only is it an awesome opportunity to put our studio on the map, showcase her passion and artistry on a world stage, but also, by performing at such a grand level, she’ll be contributing towards the Arts in South Africa, benefiting and growing the local culture in the sector greatly by showing that with hard work, dedication and support, we’re able to access such a stage!!
