One of my periodic check-ins to confirm I am indeed still alive and creating 😂

Above is a portrait of beautiful Àri, a very special commemorative piece for his parents, with whom he had the most incredible bond. With them he travelled, witnessed their wedding and was a beloved family member - a literal furchild. 

It is such a privilege to see a little window into the unique lives of our precious furkids and have the opportunity to create a piece to remember them by.

A meditation on etherealism and light and nature and magic 🌿

Reverie is a dreamy original painting framed in a gorgeous rich dark wood frame handmade by a local artisan. The painting has been mounted & sealed so there is no need for a reflective glass barrier over the painting - it is protected against UV, moisture & acidic framing materials 🥰

From start to finish this painting has been created with only the finest quality materials - exquisite lightfast watercolour pigments from Daniel Smith on an archival 100% cotton Moulin du Roy sheet.

Dimensions: 19x29cm mounted painting in a frame measuring 26.5x35.5x3.3cm.

A sneak peek of one of my pieces at home in a glassless frame 🥰
In preparation for the Heritage Day Market at Cape Quarter tomorrow I have framed a whole oodle of paintings!

This one is titled "Forested Riverkin" and is based on one of my favourite places in the world, the Newlands Forest. What better way to celebrate our beautiful country 🌿

Hello lovelies, I know I have been somewhat absent these days but I am back to tell you that I'm having a Mother's Day Sale in my store (and to deliver this botanical-vibes product photo which I am more proud of than I probably should be) (and to show off my feline familiar Aria - not for sale).

Pictured is my Blue Crane Trusty Tote Bag lookin' lovely holding Arthur (the Bamboo). We will not ask why a tote bag would contain a bamboo plant unless you are okay with the answer being "aesthetic, fam", perhaps while donning a pair of wooden Wayfarers.
Tote bags are currently R190 (usually R250) 🌈

Beside her is an A4 print of my artwork "Other Than Daisies" which is a crowd favourite. 💐

Unfortunately I don't stock frames because my home is not large enough to fit my life into, let alone sufficient frames for shop-running purposes. Also to be perfectly honest I am terrified of couriering glass. But at least you can get an idea of what she would look like in a frame.

An A4 print is currently R230 (R60 off). Or you can upgrade to an A3 which is only R290 🌸
