It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved young beat maker and choir member Samkelo "Sam" Skepe.
He was full of love, happiness, and beautiful smiles.
His talent and joyful spirit will forever remain in our hearts.

Rest peacefully, young king. You will be deeply missed and never forgotten. 🕊️🤍

Music was created as a multifaceted tool for communication, social bonding, emotional expression, and cultural exchange.
music exists because humans are pattern-seeking, emotional beings. We naturally respond to rhythm and melody, so music became a powerful tool for connection, expression. Musicians say language helps us express what we think, while music helps us express what we feel.We have been in hiding since a lot of our members left the choir 2 years ago, this break up was a painful one and since then we have been quite and healing from this scar. We won't dwell on the past but rather on what God has asked us to do and that is to serve the gospel, heal his people and worship him.

If anyone is or knows someone interested in music or would love to join a clap and tap choir, iBongolethu Youth development located in Philippi is looking for members . This is a new dawn and the Holy spirit is with us.
