For improvisers who have a solid grasp of the fundamentals and are ready to level up.

We recently worked with Orca Fraud — a sharp, high-performing team where they work hard to get things right. So how do you open an offsite for a team like that?

You get them playing with failure on purpose, and laughing throughout.

Improv is one of the only spaces where messing up isn’t just allowed, it’s encouraged. No script, no correct answer, no fraud to detect — just people, laughing at themselves and each other. For a team that spends most of its week getting things exactly right, that’s a proper reset.

The result? 80% of the team walked in nervous. 100% walked out saying it was a highlight of the whole week.

We’re blushing over here!

Because honestly? A serious team giving themselves full permission to get it wrong (and cackle about it) might be the best offsite opener there is.

Don’t just take our word for it:

“I highly recommend working with Tamith for a team improv session. Improv itself is a wonderful choice of team activity; on the surface it’s fun and foolish, with many layers of interesting principles beneath.

Further I highly recommend working with Tamith specifically. About 80% of my team was nervous to participate, yet 100% walked away saying it was a highlight of our company offsite. Tamith has a way of working a room that smoothens group dynamics and pulls people into laughter and action. She’s easy to work with, quick on communication and responsive to change.”
