The Earthbox Cape Town dream 🤎

Growing up, I wish someone had told me to follow my curiosity and seek out more of anything that sparked joy for me. Some of my best ideas have come from unexpected conversations or moments of inspiration.

The essence of The Dream Commission is seeking out the “what if” moments, and EARTHBOX, our first project, was born from one of these moments.

Let inspiration find you. ✨

The best ideas often spark in unexpected moments, while driving with the music going, lost in the rhythm of a dance floor, mid-shower or even in the middle of the night, jolting me awake with a thought too good to forget. I’ve learned to always keep a pen and paper nearby, scribbling down notes on napkins, in the margins of books and on post-it notes.

Here’s another gem on inspiration and curiosity from THE BIG MAGIC by Elizabeth Gilbert…

“Be ready.
Keep your eyes open.
Listen.
Follow your curiosity.
Remain open.
Trust in the miraculous truth that new and marvellous ideas are looking for human collaborators every single day.
Ideas are constantly trying to get our attention.
Let them know you’re available.
And for heaven’s sake, try not to miss the next one.”
