Fourways Film Festival 2026
Victor Victoria Victory Party - Friday 5th June 2026

We've emerged triumphant once again! The festival was a resounding success, with the 'Victor Victoria' parade igniting infectious energy and joy among all participants. The food provided by Papachinos Broadacres and SPAR Broadacres were truly exceptional. Our students showcased remarkable creativity and flair in their costumes, with Mrs Van Eck claiming the top spot for best dressed 'male' and Mr Botha exceling as the best dressed 'lady'.

The Fourways studio made a significant impact, securing 5 out of 12 places in the Sparkling Stars contest for students and a flawless sweep of 6 out of 6 places in the Rising Stars contest for newer students. Congratulations to Mr Derrick on securing 1st place and Mr Heapy on securing 2nd place in the Male Teacher's contest - we couldn't be prouder. Kudos to Strictly Ballroom Benoni and Pretoria studios' staff and students who placed, your impressive performances kept us on our toes.

The Fourways Film Festival 2026, Casino Royale Banquet and Ball, was held at the Randpark Golf Club on Saturday, May 23rd, 2026.

The event brought together staff and students from the Fourways and Benoni studios for a night of refinement, with the ladies showcasing stunning evening dresses and the gentlemen dressed in formal attire.

The ambiance was charged with excitement, as students and staff took to the dance floor, reveling in the music of DJ DOMZ.

A special toast was raised to commemorate Mr. Stewart's 50th birthday, with best wishes for a year filled with health, happiness, and success.
Acknowledgment is made of Mrs. Stewart's beautiful centerpieces, and appreciation is expressed to the Fourways studio staff for their role in setting up and assisting the Benoni studio with packing up the centerpieces.

Thank you to the Randpark Golf Club for the lovely venue and the tasty food, it was truly delicious!

The 'Indiana Jones Treasure Hunt' Theme adds a Touch of Adventure to the Fourways Film Festival 2026 Opening Party - Friday 8th May 2026

A fantastic 'Indiana Jones Treasure Hunt' themed party kicked off the Fourways Film Festival 2026 on Friday night, with attendees showing great enthusiasm for the treasure hunt and costume competition. Mrs. Möller and Mr. Drabble were recognized for their outstanding costumes, claiming the best dressed lady and gent titles. Mr. Heapy's team demonstrated exceptional teamwork, winning the treasure hunt challenge. Appreciation is extended to all students and staff for contributing to the event's success.
