Good evening. As we come to the end of yet another long weekend I would like to leave you with this. Life is never guaranteed to be easy but what you do with each day and with each thought is up to you. You have the ability to fight or to accept. To be content is where we all want to be, although its how to get there that seems to be the struggle. May this week be less of a struggle and may you find something that will give you the feeling of contentment.

I went to a Reiki workshop this weekend and it was amazing. Each day I learn more and more, and that is what life is about. I can see the change in me since I took this path. The day we make decisions our lives improve.Being spiritual can give you so much insight into your own and other peoples lives.

We are getting ready for the Holistic fair this weekend. It promises to be a weekend full of excitement and also a new experience. Slowly I am growing to be who I was meant to be. It is not easy and it does not come overnight, but if there is one thing you can count on.....it would be change. Change is scary but should be seen as a new path, or new chapter or even as a "do over". So this is my "do over"and with a lot of guidance and patience I am doing things over and I even might do it right this time around.

Are you feeling hurt, tired, empty or just not at peace with yourself? This is a common feeling for most human beings. You can choose if you want to keep on feeling this way or make the choice and start thinking and feeling better about yourself and where you are in life. Live and learn. We each have our own life journey and lessons to learn. Don`t get stuck. Also leave other people to live their own life and learn their own lessons. Use your time and energy to life yours.

Starting something new is always nerve wrecking. We are all scared of the unknown. It takes guts and believe. Believing in yourself is not only a good start but if you don't believe in yourself how do you expect other people to believe in you? I started this journey with people that supported my dream and who believed in me. For that I would like to thank them. Thank you.

We all have our good and our bad days. Sometimes the good days are more than the bad ones. But the important thing is that we all have them. We have to accept that for every up there's a down. Every action has a reaction. So before complaining have a look at your actions because the result might not be what you want or hoped for. For a good reaction act good. That is the hard part and the not so easy part. Having good reactions is easy and we all like and want that but remember that the reaction was caused by your action.

What does it really mean.... to be yourself? It is easy to say, but what does it take and mean? For me it has been a long road, not always easy, not always honest, not always being kind to myself or others, but learning and growing from each experience. You have to take a good hard look at yourself and may not like all that you see, but have the courage to look at it and be willing to change whatever needs to be changed. It does not mean that I now have no flaws, it does not mean that I do no wrong....and for everybody it means something different. Find your own meaning and your own path.
