R & R Creations We doodle, we create mandalas, we draw and paint. AND/OR For those who are brave and adventurous, we journey to the center of Self to uncover hidden treasures.

Like all of us, I am learning as I go and as I share, I learn. Art has been my Sanctuary, my safe place in this world ever since the age of 14 when I bought my first easel, oils and canvas sheets. It was more than just an escape from life as it helped me to express my feelings. The process of creating calmed my mind and this helped me come up with answers and solutions to issues that I struggled w

ith. We all have within us the ability to find answers to all life's questions and therefore we are one another's students , teachers, and guides. Art is the Truth of the soul, the soul's interpretation of nature, of life and living. It is not imitation but recreation. It comes from the heart and therefore you should not be dictated to. There is no right or wrong way and it is not about performance. No one can create your picture. They might be able to to copy it after you have created it, but only you can create your picture. That makes you unique.

All creative projects whether art, music, craft, dance, cooking, etc.....helps us to find a release from stress and from pent-up emotions and feelings by connecting us to our inner being.

COME join our art class for creative explorers, where without judgement or negativity, we focus on the natural flow of creativity from our inner well, finding release in the process and the creation materializing onto the canvas.

Apart from the desire to create, you do not need to have any experience to join our ongoing classes in which you will learn drawing and painting techniques, use different artistic mediums and in doing so, develop your skills on a continuing basis.
