Ek terug kyk na ons kunskasse van 2018 / 2019 en dit is met groot opgewondenheid wat ek uitsien na ons klasse wat weer in Februarie 2023 begin. To all newcomers I want to say: The ears of the world are waiting to hear what you have to say through your art works!

As a grown-up I am a ball of stress when I have to sit in the dentist's chair… for children this is even worse! I have often wondered why there is nothing against the ceiling that I can look at, just to distract my attention so that I feel less anxious ... at Dr Willem van Coppenhagen's consulting room one can now sit back, relax and get carried away to a land of joy were fun cartoon characters are happy and having fun. Henry Ford het gesê: “Failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently.“ Ek het ‘n groot mislukking gehad met hierdie potloodskets van RC… sy gesig was die regte lengte, maar te smal. Die fout het in gesluip as gevolg van my ruitverwysing wat nie absoluut korek en akkuraat was nie. Ek het reeds hierdie skets aan my kunsstudente getoon as ‘n goeie voorbeeld waarom noukeurige voorbereiding noodsaaklik is voordat mens wegval en begin skets! Ek het die skets oor gedoen en nou is sy ouers baie gelukkig daarmee. Baie dankie vir julle ondersteunug!
