Over the last few weeks, the response to The Woman You Buried has been deeply moving.

I think many women are carrying far more than they allow themselves to acknowledge.

This space was created as an opportunity to pause, reconnect with yourself, release what's been held for too long and return to the parts of ourselves that went quiet.

The Woman You Buried...

This is not a dance class.

This is not a dance class but a deeper guided experience through movement, awareness and release to help you step into a more expressed version of yourself.

A gentle introduction to bellydance starting 5 March 2026.

These classes are designed for beginners and women returning to movement in a slow, supportive and grounded space.

No pressure to perform, no experience needed.

As this year comes to a close, I’m looking back at how far we’ve come, the classes, the laughs, the hard days, the small wins, the women that showed up anyway.
This studio is built from real people, real effort, and a lot of heart. I’m deeply grateful for every dancer who stepped into the room, stayed curious, and kept moving.
Thank you for being part of this year with me.
