I did finish one diamond painting last week. I actually started with it last year October. But then I wanted to do the diamond paintings of Tiger & Zoe. This diamond painting I put in the study room, so when I cant sleep, I go work on it. During the day I do my diamond painting in the dining room with a BIG table. So you can basically say I'm always busy with 2 diamond paintings at the same time. The main one I work in the dining room and the "not so important" one in the study at night. My mom chose the frame colour and I think it looks smashing! Oh, this is a diamond painting for my bathroom door, "kitty on the potty", (I bought it for this purpose!). PLUS it's BLUE! My bathroom is blue, that's why I bought it!! 💙

Hi there my artsy peeps! (Ps: someone asked me what "peeps" mean: it is a slang term for the word "peers", if you know what that means! 😉)
Long time me not posting . . . sorry!! I usually do a diamond painting per month, but Rose's one is taking me 3 months now due to bad health AND bad diamond painting. Because she is just plain black, one still needs to put different shades of black, dark gray, dark blue ect to contour her face, so you can see where her nose is, the bridge of her nose ect. And that is a pain!! I scraped diamonds I already placed, off 3 times now, it just does not look like Rosy. I will post a picture which I took before scraping off the black area. It looks fine on the photo, but believe me, it was horrible in person. Im finished 3/4 of it by now, but when I'm finished I will still have to do a lot of editing before I will be satisfied.

I just want to show you in advance, this is the photo of Rosy that I started diamond painting. I will take photos tomorrow of my progress so far and post it up here for you to see! Look at her striking eyes! I hope it will come out like that on the diamond painting!

Hi there my artsy peeps! I know, sorry for the disappearing act again, but after doing 4 diamond paintings in 3 months, I was a bit out of it. 🤒 Body needed rest, and as most of you know me, I struggle THROUGH my bad health for a basic sort of quality of life. So sometimes I fail in doing that.
BUT I realized that the fourth diamond painting I did not yet showed you!! Scandalous! 😱
So here it is now! It was a Christmas gift to my mom, of her cat. Obviously she loved it! (Thank goodness!)
Let me tell you guys, a custom made diamond painting, (like my cat I did, and this one, and I have a few more waiting for me of my deceased cats), they are the most difficult, time consuming, back & neck brakers, comparing to diamond paintings you just buy at shops. If you want to know why, use the whatsapp button where I can explain to you through a voice recording. It's just too long to type out. Especially at the moment, since this month is a really challenging month for me health-wise. So I did not do diamond painting much. I have started a new diamond painting of my deceased cat's of last year, her name is Rosy, but it's going slooooowwww. Luckily one of my friends, that also do diamond paintings, is coming tomorrow for a diamond painting session, to help motivate me to get back at it, through my challenges. I will try to remember to take photos of our session and put it up here on the group for you to see.
The diamond painting below is called Zoe, that's her name. She has a tortoise shell body with a tabby cat head. Very strange, but beautiful !There's 3 things on this diamond painting that my mom loves: orange, Zoe and a chicken! (It’s a pillow in a shape of a chicken.) And luckily I caught a photo of Zoe on the chair in the kitchen (which is themed orange and full of 🐓🐔!) Zoe is laying on an orange pillow. 🧡

And then I did a Christmas Diamond Painting of 40 x 50 cm (usually it's 30 x 40 cm). Which is a bit bigger than I used to, and it had to be finished by today. Because tomorrow my mom is putting up the Christmas decorations. Now I feel I need a bit of a break, since every waking hour, either during the night or day, I Diamond Painted. Now I already started my mom's Christmas gift (of course a diamond painting! 😉) bit there's still time left until the 25th. This is what I finished today :

Hi there my artsy peeps! Sorry, I did the disappearing act on you again, but I was sooooo busy with Diamond Paintings that needed to be finished by deadlines. The one, would look familiar to you. It is because I made 2 of them. It is my and my x-husband, Andre's, cat: Tiger. So I made 1 for me and 1 for him. I made it for his birthday in November. I preferred a white background where as Andrè preferred a grey background:

Hi my friends and family! 👋 Thank you so much for your support on my last 2 post about my life! I really appreciate it so very much! 😘 Most of you know I also have a group called "Liezl's Bliss Artforms"🎨. In there I put photos of people's art and my hobby: Diamond painting! Yeah! 🥳
So I got an IDEA 🤯 (now my dad would have said: "Then you better lay down before your head hurts! " 😂 )
Well, my idea is: a lot of people on my art group do not understand my hobby (Diamond painting) so well. So I am going to TRY to make videos WHILE I'm doing diamond paintings. That is called "WIP", stands for "Work In Progress". So while I'm boringly do diamond painting art (for some of you it may be boring) I'm going to talk to you, that is going to be my "VERBAL BLOG". See, since I'm kind of weak, typing these long messages is a bit tiresome and painful on my hands. So I will tackle an aspect of my life, video per video, or as I'm going to call it: "WIP BLOG"
Those of you who do not like to watch a boring video, can still put it on, and listen to it while you're doing the dishes, in the toilet 😉, or whatever! It's your choice. The "WIP BLOG" videos will be posted in my artform group. Most of you belong to that group, so you will recieve a notification. (If you do not belong to my group, go like my page, and you will get notifications f these videos.) And same as last, if you do not like these type of things, you are free to ignore it! So artsy people, I've bought a LOT of new diamond paintings! I actually had to download an app which will help me choose what diamond painting I should do next. But at the moment I'm busy with 2. One I'm making for my bathroom door, and the other one is a custom made diamond painting. You send a photo and the company makes a diamond painting for you according to that photo. I ordered a few of those, of my angel furr-babies and living ones aswell.
