Thank You Cany Bugler (CanyB Global Events) for creating the Amazing Race Barrydale in conjunction with The Barrydale Tourism Center yesterday.

The event was a great success with the Playground-skatepark youth showing their skills by doing jumps for the visitors and raising awareness for the playpark. The 13 visitors that took part in the race were tour operators from Belgium getting to see the highlights of our lovely town and experiencing the hospitality of our community. Thank you to the two teams that took part and the gifts for the kids, we look forward to seeing you here with your tours soon so we can show you what else our lovely town has to offer 😀

Here is an Update I am teaching the underprivileged youth to help build their own Playground Skatepark in my little town of Barrydale. Every Sat we come together and lay a few more bricks to build the walls and teach the youth the skills of bricklaying.
We hope to eventually build our own skatepark as there is nothing for the youth to do in our town and this at least brings them together and gives them a sense of belonging and keeps them off the street and getting up to mischief.
