Credit/Debit Card: Refunds are usually processed automatically to the credit card used for the purchase.
Timeframe: It should take approximately 3-7 working days for the money to reflect.
Note: The final timeframe can depend on your bank's processing times.
FOR INSTORES PURCHASES:
Process: You must visit a Computicket, Shoprite, Usave or Checkers outlet to process the refund in person.
Where to go: You may need to go to the same store where you purchased the ticket or any other Computicket outlet.
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT — BSM & Friends (A Laid-Back Gathering)
Family, it is with a heavy heart that we announce the cancellation of the BSM & Friends (A Laid-Back Gathering) event that was scheduled for the 6th of December.
Over the past few days, we’ve been closely monitoring the weather, and unfortunately, this weekend shows a high chance of rain and thunderstorms. Since our venue is fully outdoors, going ahead in such conditions would jeopardize everyone’s safety and compromise the quality of the event and the BSM brand itself.
After careful consideration, we are unable to continue with the event, and because this WAS OUR FINAL EVENT UNDER BALFOUR SOCIAL MARKET PTY LTD, we also can't postpone it.
We’ve already been in contact with the headliners, and arrangements on their side have been settled. We have also communicated with Computicket regarding refunds for all 266 ticket holders.
