Join me at Florence Senior/Activity Center for Nia Moving to Heal. Also Fall term at Lane Community begins in September. Two classes to sign up for. Classic Nia at 5:30 on Monday Wednesday and Nia Moving to Heal on Tuesday and Thursday at Noon. I will let you know when sign up for those options are available.
