Please be vigilant in the Gartmore area for those wishing to take what’s yours. At the Black Bull we have had tools stolen from our workshop between last Thursday and Saturday morning. Very sad in such a small community.

There are people about watching and waiting, the police are aware.

If anyone has street facing cctv or door bell cameras and see anything we would love to hear from you.

The Black Bull Gartmore Acoustic Season 2026/27

We’re delighted to announce another fantastic season of live acoustic music at the Black Bull Gartmore, with three very special evenings lined up for the winter.

Alice Faye - 11 November 2026
Hannah Rarity & Anna Massie - 9 December 2026

Tickets are £18 and are available from the bar or online at www.blackbullgartmore.com/events

Doors open at 7:30pm, with music from 8pm. The restaurant will be open from 5pm, with pre-booking advised.

We’re looking forward to welcoming some brilliant musicians to Gartmore and, as always, to seeing plenty of familiar faces.
