The members of Harbour Lights are Tracey Wisdom ( fiddle) Richard Cove

They are a popular six-piece local Suffolk based band who regularly play for barn dances and English ceilidhs. The members of the band are experienced musicians who also all belong to several other song groups or ceilidh ban

ds. They have played at Ely & Sidmouth Folk Festivals, FolkEast & the Wingfield Barns’ New Year dances. They provide the core band members for the Friday monthly ceilidhs at Woodbridge Dance Folkus and have played for many local barn dances, weddings or community events. They will provide a caller for dances if needed or happily work with a guest caller . Expect a lively, joyful evening of English Barn Dancing with a local flavour and maybe a few fun traditional songs

ANNOUNCEMENT 📢

Coming soon - a new publication for those with an interest in traditional music, song and dance. Stepping It Out magazine will be published quarterly starting in December 2025. Each issue will be available as a physical or digital publication and will contain articles on different aspects of traditional music.

The magazine will be edited by Megan Wisdom, folk musician, performer, and researcher. Subscriptions are now being taken for the first volume (one year, four issues) with the first edition due out in December.
