Hey there, I am Nahami Sampson! I was born in Silver Springs, Maryland, and raised in Washington D.C. Growing up in the Nation’s Capitol afforded me easy access to experience many different art forms and expressions. My early childhood and adolescent years were further impacted by my development of a personal relationship with God. He is my main source of inspiration. Another source of inspiration for me came from my close relationship with my grandfather who was a self-taught photographer. I have had the privilege of being mentored by and working with Jen Morris, an accomplished Photographer and Associate Professor at Landmark University. I received cash prizes from Landmark University for my series of “Clouds” photographs which are currently displayed in the Boardroom of the Landmark Fine Arts Administration Center.
