Hi Honey Grove players!

We’re aware of an issue with blocked areas on the current Merge Island Event affecting some users. We’re looking into this, but unfortunately this will not be able to be fixed before the end of the event. We’re very sorry about that!

The good news is - Any blocked areas should be able to be accessed by using an alternate path. Players can avoid this issue from occurring in their game by not clearing all the obstacles on a boarder before the space behind it unlocks. Thanks for your patience!

Hi Splash players!

Yesterday, an issue popped up that caused some players to have trouble logging into the game.

This issue has now been resolved, but unfortunately we were unable to extend the event that was affected by this despite our best efforts. To make up for this, we will be extending the upcoming Guardian Retreat event by 24 hours instead so you all have more time to discover any missed species or decorations.

We want to apologize again for any confusion or upset this may have caused, and we appreciate everyone's patience and understanding as we worked to solve this problem!

EDIT: This issue has been resolved!

If you are still having trouble logging in, please fully close and reopen your game.

If you have loaded the game and found you are in a new and/or empty game - Please log out of the current game via the Settings menu and check the Recover menu on the main game screen. Your game should be there. If not please contact us with your account details (e.g, User ID) and we can help you retrieve it. You can find all the ways to reach us through our ‘looking for player support’ pinned post. And if you have any further issues outside of this, you can also contact us there!

We will also be extending all current events by 24 hours to make up for any time/progress lost due to this issue. We are working on this now, so please have patience as we tweak event timings if you don’t see this reflected in game.
