Been a gosh dang while y'all!
Really hope things have been swell for all you creative peeps here on social media! 🌱
We've been making a demo, designing systems, and writing and writing. We're excited but patient to return with gazelle updates probably early in 2024!
Until then , we'll be lurking on all our fellow devs and artists here, and working hard on the game!!

"A character sheet with a focus on some previously brainstormed characters! Well.. most of them. That is a rare thing from me. Usually when I do character sketch sheets, they are to "meet" possible new characters. On occasion, I draw several characters I have come up with already from memory, and then compare them to previous sketches when going to make the final character dialogue line art."
I know this is a deep cut for those of you following conceptual Mondays ... can you name any of the characters in the sketch??

"In the midst of level design and workflow documentation, my brain wandered to some scene towards the climax of the story, where Rene and his friends and lil bro all decide to take great risk and venture onward!- to find big bro.
Sometimes it helps to do sketches of possible character moments when the feeling behind them is clear. There will be time to write and produce that scene, but for now its good to quickly jot those story details down.
I'd love to hear any tips y'all have on producing and writing at the same time. Projects have such a living/evolving quality to them sometimes."

"Some early sketches of the scooter crew aka "Garys Loop". The four-ish members are some teens of Cedur City who often hang about park near the university. They act tough to Rene and Lil Bro, weilding kick scooters 'round their ankles and over their shoulders. Are they all talk? You can find out!"
