Blue Zen

For the days when you need somewhere quiet to go.

Blue skies.
Open water.
Soft light.
A little space to breathe.

Blue Zen was painted with that feeling in mind — the kind of calm that comes when you stop trying to get somewhere and simply let yourself be. 🩵

I’ve been taking some time out over the summer holidays to slow down and enjoy the little things with my kids — lots of beach days, salty sea air, sandy toes, sunsets and time spent in nature. 🌊🐚

Sometimes stepping away from creating is exactly what you need to feel inspired again. There’s so much beauty all around us when we take the time to notice it. 🩵

I’ll be at Summer Spectacular in Lymington this Sunday with my biggest display yet! 🎨✨

I’m bringing a much larger selection of my original artwork than I’ve been able to exhibit at previous events, so if you’ve been wanting to see more of my work in person, this is the perfect chance.

There’s loads going on throughout the day too, with live music, classic cars, jousting, food, family entertainment and over 50 local makers.

📍 Woodside Park, Lymington
🗓 Sunday 2 August
🕚 11am–5pm

Come and say hello if you’re there! 🩵

Nothing beats a balmy breeze and a gorgeous sea view, does it? Summer Breeze is all about that feeling — soft, warm air on your skin, the gentle sound of waves, and your toes sinking into warm, sun-kissed sand.

She’ll be coming with me to Mudeford Arts Festival next weekend! Hope to see you there 🩵🌊

Evidence that art is good for the nervous system 🧘

The real sound is my kids screeching in the background 🫠 but this snippet of dappled morning light catching the silver on these newly framed minis helped me catch my breath. ✨🩵

These framed minis will be available at Mudeford Arts Festival next weekend if you also need a slice of peace.
