Hanny Pack - Indigo Milkcap

This Adirondack-style pack basket is woven with natural reed and a slate-blue dyed reed with similar hues to its Indigo Milkcap namesake.

A great to take to the farmers market, load up with a picnic, or take on a spring mushroom forage.

All Hanny Packs are handwoven and unique due to the natural reed variances and the upcycled belts used for the harness.

Elderberries are so finicky to harvest here. One moment the ditches are lined with elderberry bushes drooping under the weight of nearly ripe berries and the next day a wind can take them all out. Or sometimes the birds have a feeding frenzy and leave you a berry or two per head, seemingly in jest.
But when you do fill a it is a satisfying hike back and the mind starts day dreaming of hot elderberry tea steeping on a winter day.
