Festivali “GAF” do të trajtojë aspekte sociale dhe kulturore në kontekstin urban si dhe do të ndihmojë në përmirësimin e imazhit të qytetit. Duke i marr parasysh problemet e hapësirave publike festivali përmes punëtorive, garave dhe aktiviteteve të ndryshme që do të ofrojë, mundëson që krahas hapësirave publike të prezantohen pjesë të kulturës urbane duke i shndërruar ato

në hapësira atraktive.

“GAF” do të jetë festivali i parë i kësaj natyre në Kosovë, ku do ti bashkëngjitet aktiviteteve të mëdha kulturore të vendit duke i plotësuar imazhin si një shtet i ri Evropian. Festivali krahas aktiviteteve që do ti zhvillojë, ai do t'u jap një shtytje artistëve të rinj dhe talenteve që ti prezantojnë punimet dhe të shfaqin vlerat e tyre. Ne çdo edicion festivali do të zgjedhë lokacione të ndryshme për të pasur efektin më të gjerë si në hapësira ashtu edhe komunitete. Guerilla Art Fest “GAF”

“GAF” festival will treat the social and cultural aspects in the urban context and will assist in the improvement of these spaces as well as the function and the image of the area in general. Taking into consideration the problems of the public spaces, through workshops and various activities for artists and the community, the festival will transform these spaces into functional and attractive areas for the community.

“GAF” will be the first festival of this nature in Kosovo, in joining other large cultural events in our country, thus completing its image as a European country. Via its activities, the festival will push and motivate the community and the artists to present their talents and their values. For each edition, the festival will select different locations to improve, in order to achieve the widest impact in spaces and communities
