Kushtrim Dushi, founder of , .ee & , reflects on nine years of building Kosovo’s first ticketing platform. It all began in a tiny 1×2m office with paper tickets and a time when online payments were not even possible.

He highlights the need for stronger support for local festivals, because growth in this scene strengthens culture, tourism and the creative industry. Sunny Hill, DokuFest and many others show how far we can go when we support our own.
