Position: Receptionist

Location: Coconut Palms Resort

Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out processes
Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests with a smile
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable stay
Manage phone calls, emails, and administrative tasks
Collaborate with our team to maintain a welcoming environment

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
A positive attitude and passion for creating great guest experiences
