Yo!
Vvv has been silent because I’ve been going thru a lot of s**t.
I should have done it more and more and help myself but instead I abandoned it.
I think the next one will be after Tet.
In the mean time I want to do 5-min Art Daily in a group.
Not sure if i should create a group on Messenger or WhatsApp, or use the group page on Fb.
But I’m gonna do it, so if you’re keen, message me or leave a comment so I can include you.

5-min Art was the thing that got me into creative art and out of my dark times.

It’s fun.

One thing I want to share with you is about the Affirmation Hand 👋🏼
Mình muốn chia sẻ với mọi người một chút về bài Cái Tay Công Nhận.

I consider myself as a super introverted person, am also prone to depression. But Someone wrote about me: “Extrovert” tonight. Wow! 🤯
Mình luôn cho rằng mình là một người cực kỳ hướng nội và thường có xu hướng bị trầm cảm. Vậy mà hôm nay có ai đó đã viết về mình là “Hướng ngoại”. Ây da!!! 🤯

Then I realize, oh wow, I’m making progress on my thing about anti-social and shyness.
Và mình chợt nhận ra, trời ơi, mình đang tiến bộ trong việc cải thiện sự ghét đám đông và sự ngại ngần của mình.

And my heart is full! 💓
Và tim mình tự dưng đầy ắp.💓
