A day off for me means wandering around, painting ceramics, and cooking. 🤎

Ceramics is just a little hobby I enjoy in my free time, so I paint whenever I get the chance. Maybe I’ll only have one kiln firing a month, but that makes each batch feel even more special.

Tôi ngồi đó tưởng tượng mỗi viên sỏi là một bức tranh… và khi bán hết đống này, tôi sẽ giàu to. Hahaha, cứ để tôi mơ một chút! :))))

I went outside to get some fresh air and stumbled upon a pile of little stones. I swear, I felt like I’d just found gold 😂

I sat there imagining that every single stone was a painting… and once I sold them all, I’d be rich. Hahaha, let a girl dream! 🪨🎨💸

These little dolls were created spontaneously from ordinary pieces of wood and scraps of traditional brocade fabric, collected from local seamstresses.

And this is the final result — each one is completely unique, with no two dolls ever exactly the same. 🤎

Made by hand, with whatever materials happen to find their way into my hands.

Ana asked me to paint her two beloved cats before she even arrived in Vietnam. Now she is here in Sa Pa, and the paintings are finally finished.

I loved capturing a little piece of their personalities on these old wooden boards.
