We're super happy to be featured by Vietcetera.
When we opened Éire, the goal wasn't simply to build another bar. It was to bring a little piece of modern Ireland to Saigon through genuine hospitality, great food, live music and plenty of craic (fun & laughter).
A huge thank you to the Vietcetera team for taking the time to tell our story.

What does it mean to bring a piece of Ireland to Vietnam?

After years working in wine and hospitality, Antoin noticed something unusual: despite Irish bars being found around the world, Saigon didn't have one that truly reflected Ireland.

That observation became Éire Eatery & Bar, a restaurant and bar built around Irish hospitality, culture, and cuisine. Rather than following the fusion trend, Éire embraces being “100% Ireland”, while finding meaningful connections between Irish and Vietnamese traditions.
