Một ngôi nhà công nhân xây từ năm 1919 tại Perth. Lô đất chỉ rộng 6 mét. Câu hỏi thiết kế thực sự: làm sao mang ánh sáng ban ngày vào buổi tối?

Studio Tangara chọn ánh sáng gián tiếp làm nền tảng. Tại không gian bếp-ăn-khách liên thông, Aeon Flex Essential Mini Top Linear ẩn trên trần và sau cabinetry, phản chiếu ánh sáng 3000K xuống đều khắp - thay thế hoàn toàn vai trò của downlight. Trên bàn ăn, đôi Pandia Medium Glass Pendant 2700K là điểm nhấn duy nhất được phép hiện diện. Moka Table Lamp đặt trên coffee table giữ không gian living ấm và riêng tư sau khi hoàng hôn xuống.

Kết nối hai tầng là "origami light well" - giếng trời hình thành từ các mặt phẳng đổ góc. Inter Pro PS10 Linear 3000K bố trí dọc hành lang tầng trệt, trong khi Pandia Pendant 2700K treo thả xuống cầu thang, duy trì tính liên tục của ánh sáng từ ground floor lên upper landing.

Tầng trên, ION R Adjustable Mini Downlight 3000K với góc chiếu 50° xử lý accent nhẹ - đủ để giữ không gian master retreat tối giản, trầm tĩnh đúng ngôn ngữ Scandinavian-Japanese mà toàn bộ ngôi nhà theo đuổi.

Toàn bộ hệ thống vận hành qua automation, thiết lập hierarchy ánh sáng theo nhịp ngày: từ công năng đến nghỉ ngơi.

A worker's cottage built in 1919, Perth. A lot, only six metres wide. The real design question: how do you carry the glow of daylight into the evening?

Studio Tangara anchored the answer in indirect light. Across the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space, Aeon Flex Essential Mini Top Linear runs concealed along the ceiling and behind cabinetry, reflecting 3000K light evenly throughout - replacing the role of downlights entirely. Above the dining table, a pair of Pandia Medium Glass Pendants at 2700K are the only fixtures permitted to make themselves known. A Moka Table Lamp on the coffee table holds the living space warm and intimate after dark.

Connecting the two floors is the 'origami light well' - a void shaped by angled planes that filters light down the staircase. Inter Pro PS10 Linear at 3000K runs along the ground floor corridor, while a Pandia Pendant at 2700K drops into the stairwell, maintaining light continuity from ground floor to upper landing.

Upstairs, ION R Adjustable Mini Downlight at 3000K with a 50° beam handles the accent work with precision - just enough to keep the master retreat minimal and visually calm, in keeping with the Scandinavian-Japanese language that defines the home.

The full system runs on automation, building spatial hierarchies that follow the rhythm of the day: from function to rest.

Tại The One Penthouse, hệ thống chiếu sáng được thiết lập dựa trên nguyên lý kiểm soát độ chói (UGR) và phân lớp ánh sáng (Lighting Layers) nhằm tối ưu hóa trải nghiệm thị giác.

Trong không gian phòng ngủ, việc kết hợp downlight âm trần với đèn Creo – vốn sử dụng tổ hợp thấu kính quang học và lưới tổ ong (honeycomb) – cho phép cô lập nguồn sáng, giảm thiểu tán xạ và ánh sáng chói, đảm bảo độ tập trung tối đa cho người sử dụng. Tại phòng khách và lối đi, dòng Pandia được tích hợp thông qua kỹ thuật gắn tường, tạo ra luồng sáng trực tiếp có độ chính xác cao, kiến tạo chiều sâu cho cấu trúc không gian thay vì chỉ chiếu sáng mặt phẳng.

Hệ thống Eclipse G2 Glide chạy dọc khe hắt và logia vận hành như một dải sáng biên (perimeter lighting) liền mạch, giúp xóa bỏ ranh giới không gian. Với chỉ số hoàn màu (CRI) 90+ và nhiệt độ màu ấm áp, toàn bộ bề mặt vật liệu được tái hiện chân thực. Hệ thống được tinh chỉnh để loại bỏ các điểm mù và bóng đổ không mong muốn, biến ánh sáng trở thành công cụ kỹ thuật đắc lực trong việc kiến tạo sự hài hòa cho tổng thể dự án.

At The One Penthouse, light transcends mere utilitarian function, manifesting as a tangible architectural entity. We have established a layered lighting framework—a structural exoskeleton—that modulates visual cadence and depth across distinct spatial zones.

Within the sleeping quarters, recessed downlights establish a uniform ambient foundation, while Creo luminaires—engineered with sophisticated optical lenses—act as surgical accent tools, delineating the field of observation and optimizing individual privacy. In the living areas and circulation paths, the Pandia series is employed as sculptural wall-mounted elements, generating a nuanced interplay between mass and shadow to articulate surface dimensionality.

Cohesion is sustained through an Eclipse G2 Glide Linear system, concealed within technical recesses and loggias, effectively dissolving the threshold between interior and exterior domains. By calibrating a high Color Rendering Index (CRI) and precise warm CCT, the system serves as the definitive finishing skin, orchestrating a rigorous dialogue between technical precision and architectural artistry.
