Our Featured Wine of the Week an inexpensive Pinot Grigio from Italy

2018 Torre Dei Vescovi - $10.89

This Pinot Grigio for an inexpensive wine is delightfully good.

100% Pinot Grigio from vineyards located in Montecchio Maggiore, in the heart of the Vicenza hills. Clear straw yellow. The nose opens with a characteristic fruity bouquet, with notes of tropical fruits. On the palate it is balanced, semi-dry and silky.

Our Featured Wine of the Week from Trentino, Italy - $19.42

2018 Roveré della Luna Pinot Nero

This Pinot Nero is produced with grapes harvested from the vineyards adjacent to the town of Roveré della Luna. The harvest takes place manually and after 10-12 days transferred to French oak barrels where the wine remains to refine for 12 months.

It has a ruby red color when young that tends to orange with evolution. The nose reveals intense notes of red fruit accompanied by delicate spicy hints. The sip is of medium structure, elegant and velvety.

Classic old world Pinot Noir.

2018 Baglio Di Pianetto Insolia - $16.22

The Baglio di Pianetto's organic 100% Insolia is fermented in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts. This white wine emits intense aromas of exotic stone and tropical fruits. The palate is well-structured, impeccably balanced and wonderfully intense with a long, refreshing finish. Enjoy on its own as an aperitif or with your favorite catch of the day.

88% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Franc
Typical Merlot nose with black fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry) and ripe red fruits. The structure is soft and silky with vivacious and long finish.

100% Sauvignon Blanc crisp and refreshing. Dry with tropical fruits and grapefruits. A supple and rich wine due to its white soil terroir with a beautiful minerality.

Our Featured Wine of the Week 2017 Chateau Montana Dialogue - $16.89 Also available to buy at Bajo El Sol.
Produced in the Languedoc-Roussillon region. It is a blend of Syrah, Carignan and Grenache. On the nose, a bouquet of red fruits, with some peppery notes. The mouth is fresh and elegant with nice tannins, very supple, gourmet and peppery finish.

Friends of Wine Tasting Event - Exploring our selection of French wines


We are excited to tell you that AB Cellars and Bajo El Sol Art Bar this Saturday July 10th at 6pm are hosting a wine tasting paired with Art Bar hors d'oeuvres and chocolates at $30 per person.

2018 Ca Di Frara Pinot Nero Rose
$18.62

The Pinot Nero Rosé by Ca 'di Frara is a rosé wine produced with 100% Pinot Noir grape. The harvest takes place during the first week of September. Following a careful selection of the grapes and soft crushing-destemming, fermentation takes place at 18 ° for 12 days through cold maceration in contact with the skins for 24 hours.
Color: Intense rosé
Nose: Hints of ripe red fruits: raspberry, berries and blackberries
Palate: Strong personality, right backbone and creamy and intense fruit.

Ideal for taking out on a boat or to a friend’s party as it is very refreshing on a sunny day. Plus, it is a screw on top 😊
