Ready, Set, Spray Paint!

CMCArts After-School participants explored the sculpture-making process by building unique forms with foam, wire, tape, and plaster. Once their sculptures were complete, they added the finishing touch with colorful spray paint!

We love seeing their creativity take shape!

CMCArts St. Thomas Free Flow Friday was a success! 🎨✨

Guests were immersed in the Spring Equinox exhibition while exploring their creativity through watercolor paints, acrylic markers, colored pencils, and more. It was wonderful to see our second floor gallery come alive with art, conversation and new connections as visitors and community members gathered to create together.

A special thank you to Siyandi Matthias for guiding our guests through their artistic exploration and helping make the evening such a meaningful and inspiring experience. We look forward to welcoming everyone back next month for another evening of creativity, community, and artistic discovery!

In this fun and creative workshop, you'll design and build your own one-of-a-kind monster mug. Whether your monster is spooky, silly, goofy, cute, or completely outrageous, you'll bring it to life with hand-built details, texture, and colorful underglazes.

Add horns, teeth, scales, eyeballs, tentacles, or anything else your imagination dreams up. No two monster mugs will ever be the same!

We’ll guide you through selecting and adding a colorful underglazes to your plate. Then we’ll clear-glaze and fire your piece for a glossy finish. You will pick-up your fired piece from the museum (usually within 2 weeks).
