Every year at the Virgin Islands Paté Festival, we present our People’s Choice Award, where people have the opportunity to vote for their favorite paté vendor.

This award is about more than recognizing great food. Each year, the trophy and prizes are dedicated in honor of an individual whose impact on our community extends far beyond the kitchen. We choose someone whose culinary contributions, commitment to unity, generosity, and character embody the values that bring us together as a people and inspire us to be better.

For the 2026 Virgin Islands Paté Festival, we are deeply honored to dedicate the People’s Choice Award to the legacy of Naicha Mintas former owner and founder of “340 All In One” food truck!!!

Naicha’s passion for food, dedication to community, and unwavering spirit of bringing people together through culture and tradition have left a lasting mark on countless lives. Her legacy represents the very heart of what the Virgin Islands Paté Festival stands for—celebrating our heritage, supporting one another, and preserving the traditions that connect us across generations.

As patrons cast their votes this year, they will not only be helping select the People’s Choice winner, but they will also be honoring the memory and legacy of a remarkable individual whose impact continues to be felt throughout our community.
