Today is the Bedminster Traditional Artisan Show!

Saturday, August 17, 10 am to 5 pm, and Sunday, August 18, 11 am to 3 pm

Celebrate the enduring spirit of American craftsmanship with over 40 of the country's finest artisans working in traditional Americana and folk art. Meet the artisans and shop for handcrafted treasures including furniture, paintings, quilts, hooked rugs, pottery, baskets, and woodcarvings.

Proceeds from the show will benefit Historic Trappe's mission to preserve and share the historic places, landscapes, and heritage of southeastern Pennsylvania. Due to this new partnership, the Bedminster Traditional Artisan Show has relocated to Perkiomen Valley Middle School East in Collegeville, PA. Show admission includes free guided tours of Historic Trappe's Center for Pennsylvania German Studies, the Speaker's House, and Muhlenberg House—located just a mile from the show.

Well the time has come, today, ITS THE BIG SHOW DAY! The tents open at 10am. This event has amazing groups of artisans & antique dealers from around the country. Here is a glimpse into the artisan tent. The show is today and tomorrow (Sunday), please remember this is an in person show. We are only one week away from the Zoar Antiques and Artisan Show!

Visit Historic Zoar Village during its annual Antiques Show on July 27 and 28 where visitors can shop from high quality artisans and antique dealers, enjoy the juried craft and art show and tour historic buildings. Visitors will also learn new skills from a variety of historic demonstrators such as weaving, spinning, blacksmithing, and butter churning.
The Antiques Show features a variety of dealers, artisans and folk artists throughout the village showcasing Americana, country, primitives, stoneware, furniture, metalwork designs, watercolor painting and much more.
Cost to tour the Antique Show, artisan tent, and historic museum buildings is $12 for adults and free for children 12 and under

Gaffer Corning of New York in the early 20th century. Work in progress for Zoar Show at the end of July. Antique pine and materials used. The as-found antique ruby glass ball is attached to his blowpipe. Red glass was made by adding gold salts or colloidal gold to the molten glass batch. A metal mount will be used for display.
