We get a lot of the same questions, so here’s what you need to know:
🚗 Parking: Yes! On-site parking is available in a large grass field. Space can be limited, so please carpool if you can!
🐶 Pets: Sorry, no dogs allowed except service animals. It can get a bit crowded near the tents, and we don’t want any accidents!
🚬 Smoking: Not permitted on the historic grounds of Stahl’s Pottery.
🌦️ Weather: Rain or shine—we’ll be here! (And the forecast looks beautiful! ☀️)
🚻 Restrooms: Yes, but please note they are porta-potties.
💵 Payment: Cash is preferred, although most potters do accept cards.
👧👦 Kids: Children 17 and under are FREE! Adults 18+ are just $5 admission.
Now for some handy tips!
- parking can get full (especially right in the morning) if you plan on meeting people there, try to carpool instead.
- make sure to come with an empty stomach so you have room for all the delicious bake goods and refreshments
- wear comfortable shoes! The historic grounds can have some slight hills or uneven spots
- we tend to have the larger turn out first thing in the morning, coming later in the morning/afternoon tends to be less crowded
- and last but not least, make sure to get some of the fresh hand cut fries before they sell out!!
