Great race in Wasco. Congrats to Jason Begay team! To put out all the fires with the mugging in the chutes situation. The association has no actual rule against mugging in the chutes. You can’t saddle in the chutes, this really negates the whole ability to mug in the chutes. Most open rodeos have a no mugging rule. This rule goes back decades.
