Crab Rangoon Egg Rolls
Ingredients
2 (8 ounce) boxes cream cheese
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
3 green onions chopped
1 lb fresh white crabmeat flaked or diced
10 egg roll wrappers
Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
In food processor pulse cream cheese Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder and green onions several times until mixed. Stir in crab meat.
Lay one egg roll wrapper out with a corner pointing towards you. Place about three rounded tablespoons in the center of each wrapper making a short horizontal lump . Bring the corner that is closest to you up and over and gently tuck it in. Fold in the sides and roll the wrapper tightly. Use a small amount of water to secure the tip of the wrapper. (If you don't know how to roll an egg roll it usually shows on the package with pictures).
Heat oil in heavy stockpot or saucepan to 365 degrees. Fry them 2-3 at a time (depending on the size of your pan) for 1-2 minutes or until lightly browned. Allow the heat to charge back up in between batches. Place on paper towels to drain. Serve warm.

I've been very slack with this group, due to the demands of my business endeavors relating to infrastructure financing. If you have been following the news, you know how much coverage this topic has been given. Therefore, you have a glimpse of what my life has been like.

I'm going to start giving this group more attention and inviting those people, who are really interested in the aquarium hobby and those who will also provide reliable information. We've all seen some of the advice given by others and just shake our heads.

I just updated information to tropicalfishsuppliers.com and fancy-guppies.com about the bettas, guppies, discus, and flowerhorn that came in with shipment from southeast Asia. Some real pretty and high quality fish arrived. PM for details.

I'm hoping we can get back into the nursing homes soon and continue with our efforts to put aquariums in these facilities, monthly maintain them and have local members, aquarium societies and church groups visit the too often forgotten and neglected elderly.

We know money is tight for many, but your membership and donations are appreciated and needed, for when we can resume this very easy to do and maintain important service/ministry.

COVID-19 has pulled the mask off of the state of our nursing homes and other infrastructure deficiencies. I know this because of my main project Infrastructure-Financing.com

If the economic/infrastructure impacts of COVID-19 didn't increase rapidly and to a high level and hectic pace, I would have more time for the revamp of Aquarium-Club.org website, which is coming along, but with so many different species of fish described and other information, this itself is a huge undertaking.

Rachael Maddow of MSNBC reported tonight that in so many communities at least (and often more) 1/2 of the COVID-19 deaths are in nursing homes, illuminating the need for local groups to "adopt" their local nursing homes.

Aquarium-Club has been doing this with our aquariums in nursing homes program, maintained by visits of church groups, emphasis youth groups, who have an Aquarium-Club member.

Perhaps we might find a silver lining in this pandemic, where nursing homes and the dependent elderly are no longer forgotten and we now have a way to expand what we've been successfully doing for the past few years.

As this virus one day passes, there is a vaccine, and we can get back into the nursing homes; perhaps what we have pioneered will become common practice, now that the light has been shined upon the needs of nursing homes, including visiting people who otherwise receive no visitors or have something to look forward to or at with beauty, instead of sitting and just looking out the window.

I've done a lot of work migrating Aquarium-Club.org to a new server and updating/upgrading in a WordPress (WP) platform. This will also make things easier for members, who use their cellphones to visit the website.

What put the burr under my saddle? I've had several recent online fish ordering experiences, showing me the need for there to be a well managed online aquarium club, where the information is as reliable as are the members of the club, who sell their tropical fish online, .

Recently, I've been burned buying fish online. I was stung for 2 pair of Aphyosemion Australe (DOA and decomposing, with no replacement or refund) on my birthday!!!

There has to be a place where you get what you pay for and get reliable advice. If I can get burned, then what is happening to others who do not have 60 years of experience in the aquarium hobby?

I know of only one website and source and most certainly when I find the time to put efforts towards it.

Also, there is a gap created by the fact that Facebook doesn't allow to promote the sales of tropical fish and if they did, they certainly would not screen breeders/advertisers for product quality and customer service. This leaves eBay and Aquabid, who do the best they can after they receive a volume of complaints, and a few pet shop/fish farms, who the general public doesn't know exists.

There is only ONE WAY I can be assured of one website though that you get what you pay for. And that is to put the time/efforts/money into http://Aquarium-Club.org, because with this website and it's related 45 others I have absolute control over the situation and also make sure others are treated the same. Not everybody is going to list fish for sale on Aquarium-Club.org and right now I have 100% control over this.

As soon as I have more of the new WP website completed, I will be increase the efforts to screening for reliable breeders for Aquarium-Club.org as I am for our related specialized websites http://Fancy-Guppies.com and http://Killifish-Aquariums.com

Just a reminder that the purpose of aquarium-club.org is to provide reliable information and quality/healthy fish offered by breeder-members, who practice high standards of customer service to their fellow members.

We've all seen the experts and their advice found throughout social media and other websites. We've often seen the advice from "experts" to be the very worst thing to do.

We've all been burned by those "breeders" on the web, who provide inferior/sick fish, dead fish, and no fish. There needs to be somewhere where this does not happen. This is place is http://Aquarium-Club.org

We are always seeking breeders and those with profound experience in the aquarium hobby to help others become as successful as themselves.

We encourage all members to help with our efforts (donate fish, money, time, efforts) to put aquariums into nursing homes and similar facilities and to help maintain these aquariums.
