What an incredible day for the youth of Zapata County! We are proud to see programs like the 2nd Annual Zapata County Youth Ag Day continue to grow and inspire the next generation of agricultural leaders, conservationists, and community members.

From wildlife education and soil conservation to poultry production and Texas commodities, students were given hands on opportunities to learn about the importance of agriculture and natural resources in our everyday lives. Events like these help spark curiosity, leadership, and passion in our youth.

A huge thank you to all presenters, volunteers, 4-H members, teachers, staff, and organizations who helped make this event possible. And a very special thank you to our Texas A&M AgriLife County Extension Agent for the hard work, dedication, and effort put into organizing such a meaningful event for the students of Zapata County.

The future of agriculture in Zapata County is bright! 🌾🐄🦌🐓
